One of the better Embra' chippies - L’Aquila Bianca in Puddocky - has closed after 36 years.

It'll be missed.

Is that where you used to go for your fish suppers?
Onny

One of the places. 3-4 different sorts of fish, loadsa side stuff like mushrooms and onion rings and an offy.

What more, apart from it being delivered by two twentysomething redheads, could a boy want?
Catskinner

One day somebody will corrige you you know.
East Coaster

Good fish and chips there. I remember it well from my Fettes days when I'd also sneak into The Raeburn before collecting the suppers for my colleagues.
Onny

Was that about the same time as Tony Blair?
whityewantn

Ur wis ye a polis?
East Coaster

Can Onnybody answer that one?
Onny

I'd refuse to answer on the grounds either response would incriminate yourself.
East Coaster
