Welcome Onny

Hello Onny, have you been on holiday?  The forum has been awfy quiet this past wee while.

Took your advice re Babbity Bowsters and the cullen skink the other Saturday.  I could see the fiddlers' elbows moving I could see the flautist and the piper, but the noise in yon place from the non-music lovers. A really busy pub.  A pity though, the musicians looked as though they were having a really good time.  10/10 for the cullen skink.

I've spent a bit of time in hospital getting my heart (see! I do have one) seen to.

The noise can get a bit unbearable. It's worse when Celtic are at home. I don't know if that applied the day you were there.

Onny, I had no idea.  Have you been restored to the rudest of rude?

I'm definitely on the mend. Lots of multi-coloured bruising and much sitting about taking things easy but on the mend.
BobKnight

Glad to hear you're on the road to recovery Onny - but take it easy, or ca canny as we say here in the N.E.

Eck's daein' quite nicely spokin' his ain wheels these days. When even moribund Margot is tellin' him his erse is oot the windae he kens hissel he's fucked.

Recovery for me? Aye, probably, but less uv the speedy. It was an o'er speedy heart-rate that wis causin' a' the bother.
AlexM

Glad yer on the up, jist keep it clean!!
Rid Sonja

So, yer saying that the speedy heart rate slowed ye doon, n the slower heart rate'll speed ye up!

It's all a balancing act right enough!
